3. Use period
In principle, the relevant information shall be destroyed without delay after the purposes of collection and use of personal information are accomplished. However, when preservation is required according to the regulations of related statues, personal information may be stored for a given period specified in the related statue as follows.
- Records concerning consumers' complaints or dispute processing: 3 years (Law related to consumer protection in electronic commerce, etc.)
- I agree with collection and use of personal information above.(Inquiry is allowed after agreement.)
